It removes nocuous solid, stabilizes drilling liquid properties and improves drilling efficiency. The hydrodynamic cyclone of the desander is made of wear resistant cast iron. It is reliable, effective and serves long. The content of sand after the desander is controlled below 0.15%.
As a solids control equipment of the second stage in drilling operation, oil field Oil and Gas Drilling Fluid Desander is used to remove harmful solid particles of 40-74µm in drilling liquid. Suspending particles can be separated from the liquid under the centrifugal acceleration, by use of working principle of centrifugal subsidence.
At present time, four types, ZQJ300×2/ZQJ250×2 and ZQJ300×1/ ZQJ250×1,are available. The former applies to over 3000-meter-long drills, and the latter applies to small drills of less than 3000 meters and service rig.
